On 19th March 2025, Director, GTRCMC-EA, presented African Cuisine โ the Case of Kenya at a special engagement with students from the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, College of Business and Management, University of Technology, Jamaica.
This insightful session, spearheaded by Dr. Michelle McLeod from The University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, Jamaica, explored key themes on Kenyan cuisine and its role in cultural and tourism resilience.
