The Director GTRCMC-EA was one of the facilitators of Capacity Building for the Management Development Programme for Human Resource Managers in Kenya on 18th June 2024 at Kenya Utalii College. The Director focused on Talent Attraction and Retention Strategies in the Hospitality Sector. Over 40 Human Resource Managers participated in the interactive training, which is part of a week-long Tourism Fund supported programmes under Catering Levy.
