The Director Global Tourism Resilience Centre EA on 18th April 2024 had a very engaging lecture with the final year Tourism Undergraduate students at Carlos III University of Madrid (UC3M). She shared Kenya’s Tourism Sustainability story. The students also contributed information on Spanish experiences, considering that Spain is the most competitive country in the world in terms of tourism. UC3M is a public university based in Getafe , Madrid, Spain . It was founded in 1989. It is ranked amongst the top Universities in Europe and in the world. It also stands out for the high employability of graduates, which is about 90.6%.
