Women Economic Empowerment Hub, KU, in collaboration with GTRCMC-EA, KU, at Utalii Hotel, held a consultative workshop with the Directors of Tourism and other key officers at the Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife. The team agreed on key components that need to be included in the revised Tourism Policy and Tourism Bill. Key amongst the main content include Amalgamation of levies, Cushioning of employees and businesses and Affirmative action for women in tourism.
