GTRCM-EA, KU, was one of the institutions that Co-created the Zetech University Research and Innovation Week from 9th to 11th July 2024.
The event aimed to bridge the gap between local entrepreneurs, innovators, researchers and talent and ultimately accelerate the already thriving entrepreneurial community in Kenya.
The theme of the event was “Innovate, Disrupt, Regenerate: Unleashing the Transformative Power of AI”.
The Director, GTRCMC-EA, KU, during her panel discussion session on AI and Circular economy, highlighted the opportunities and challenges of AI in circular economy in tourism.
The event was graced by Hon. Rebecca Miano, EGH, the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Investment, Trade, and Industry, Kenya.
