A visit from the Tourism Secretary and the Director for Planning from the Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife

On 17th October 2024, the Global Tourism Resilience and Crisis Management Centre – Eastern Africa (GTRCMC-EA) was honored by a visit from the Tourism Secretary and the Director for Planning from the Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife. The Centre briefed the guests on receiving the prestigious Resilience Award on November 6, 2024, at the Global Resilience Council Hall of Fame Awards in London. GTRCMC-EA serves 14 countries, focusing on research, capacity building, and key initiatives in tourism resilience.
